The guardian creates an account on the official website by choosing the intended academic year and level, then filling in the account form.

Paying the registration fee and signing in
Once the account is created, the guardian receives an email or WhatsApp message with payment instructions. The account can be used to sign in as soon as the payment is confirmed.

The guardian completes the personal details and fills in the questionnaire provided.

Mapping of potential and competence
The applicant comes to the pesantren for the mapping of their talents and interests, their Quran reading, and their academic competence.

Interview with the guardian and the applicant
The guardian and the applicant attend an interview with the admissions committee at the pesantren.

The decision letter is sent to the guardian over WhatsApp.

Documents to Prepare
- Copy of the diploma or certificate of graduation.
- Copies of the family card and the birth certificate.
- A recent passport photo.
- A certificate of health from a health facility.
