The Al-Amin senior high has again turned in a strong showing at Porseni, the sports and arts week. The school’s contingent competed in a number of events and came home with several titles.
The events entered covered both team and individual sports as well as Islamic arts categories. Each was prepared for through internal trials and regular practice outside lesson hours.
The supervisors said Porseni gives students room to follow their interests while learning sportsmanship and a sense of common cause across year groups.
