Teacher Training: Professional Teaching Through a Curriculum of Care, Deep Learning, and Technology

To raise the competence and professionalism of its teaching staff, the Al-Amin junior and senior high in Mojokerto held a technical training programme (BIMTEK) for all its teachers.

The programme covered putting a curriculum of care into practice, designing for deep learning, and using technology to support learning both in the classroom and in the dormitory.

Participants attended presentations, worked in discussion groups, and practised drawing up teaching materials. The programme closed with a follow-up plan to be put into effect during the current academic year.
